20-year wireless industry veteran to build and grow business with key wireless industry partners in the Dallas Ft. Worth Area, helping them improve efficiencies and drive higher margins
SUNNYVALE, CA – Oct 11, 2016 – FutureDial, the leading provider-of-choice of mobile device processing solutions for Wireless Carriers, Mobile Device Buy-Back Trade-In companies and Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PL), announced today the appointment of former T-Mobile executive Dennis Pettit to Vice President of Strategic Accounts working in FutureDial’s Sales and Business Development Team.
Mr. Pettit will be responsible for helping FutureDial build upon and grow business with key strategic partners within the wireless industry, primarily in the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Dennis has been in the wireless industry for 20 years. In that time he has worked in all aspects and segments of the industry; leading operations, logistics, quality, process engineering, repair operations and sales functions with OEMs (12+ years at Nokia, Samsung, and RIM); leading operations and national account management with Assurant; and for the past 6 years as the Director of Reverse Logistics and Repair at T-Mobile.
With his broad background of the industry (OEMs, 3PLs, Insurance providers, Carriers) as well as with his specific experience in returns and repair operations, Dennis will be able to better position FutureDial to offer and deliver continued and improved value to its strategic partners.
